Risa Horowitz's Trees of Canada at Department of Canadian Heritage














Independent curator Olivia Lam has selected the work of Risa Horowitz for installation at the Toronto offices of the Department of Canadian Heritage from August through November 2010. Visitors are welcome to drop by to view Trees of Canada (previously exhibited at MKG127 in 2008) weekdays between 9am-5pm, 4th floor, 150 John Street, Toronto.

MKG127 artists at Nuit Blanche 2010















Several MKG127 artists are participating in Nuit Blanche 2010. Dave Dyment's Day for Night is part of curator Anthony Kiendl's Sound and Vision exhibition in Zone B.
Curator Earl Miller has curated the exhibition Out of Site for the Queen West Business Improvement Area. Included in the exhibition are projects by An Te Liu (rendering shown above), Laura Kikauka and Roula Partheniou.

New Publication by Dave Dyment : Pop Quiz














Pop Quiz by Dave Dyment is the latest publication from Paul + Wendy Projects.
It is a 360 page softcover artist's book containing a near comprehensive collection of all of the questions posed in pop songs from the artist's music collection.
It is printed in an edition of 500,
signed and numbered (each with unique handwritten question) and is available through the Paul & Wendy Projects website.
Paul & Wendy previously published Dave's Sgt Pepper's Extended Lonely Heart Club Band .

Joy Walker is included in the exhibition, FABRICation - Studio Production Textiles for Interiors at Cambridge Galleries. The exhibition started on August 24 and continues until October 24, 2010.
