Bill Burns is included in the exhibition
"TBD" at
MOCCA opening tonight from 5 - 8 PM. Burns will be amongst a variety of artists interested in challenging the power structures within contemporary art galleries, visualizing new avenues and possibilities for artists and galleries within the community. TBD is curated by Su-Ying Lee and will on view from September 6 - October 26.
Keep an eye open for Bill Burns' project on electric billboards which can be seen on freeways in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal from September 15-October 15, 2014. The 22 billboards are a project with
MOCCA (Toronto) and ALLVISION's
Paint the City programme (New York) and are produced in English, Portuguese, French, Standard Chinese and Punjabi.
